Crooks. Don't trust this place. Almost rented one of the most private units about 3 years ago or so. They were all ready to go shopping with our deposit mind you it was a week before the 1st of the month and they would not pro rate that week. Wanted the deposit plus the week plus next month. Story changed in person. Not to mention some other fee...As we were there in conversation we mention I had beta fish. You know the kind literally living in a bowl...wanted a deposit per bowl of water...

My sister stays here. For the price and area not bad place to live. Shes been there a few years now. Shes allowed to have her pets and that means the world to so many!! Manager of property lives there and is pretty nice.

A terrible landlord with a nasty attitude. So much needs fixing in these trailers and she will keep harassing you till you leave. I definitely wouldn't recommend this park to my worst enemy 🤢😖😞
