I have a storage unit here going on 7 years, when there was an issue ( air conditioner not cold enough) or something minor they took care of the situation immediately, I Love the layout here of the units, you don’t have to walk through a maze or need a map to find your storage unit like so many other places, I mean who wants to go through all that when you have to move your stuff, plus it’s creepy to have to walk through a maze of garage’s in a dim light. Joe is very knowledgeable and is easy to talk to, it’s very clean, I feel safe when I come to my unit, the only thing that would make it better is a local on site phone number posted on the door for people who are in need of help, like moving in there unit or if the gate doesn’t open for them, not a 1-800 number to call. There not the cheapest storage unit in the area, but if you want the BEST they are the BEST in my opinion, you get peace of mind , cleanliness, and professionalism all wrapped up in one. Thank you StorQuest for making this my Home away from Home !!!!!
