Use this place on occasion it's not bad just over priced on the washing machines. And can be extremely packed st time ls. But both are just my opinion.

This particular machine (I was told NO ONE EVER COMPLAINS ABOUT ANY MACHINES) cost 9.00. This is my 5th or 6th time coming here, I have even referred some of my residents to come here. I have never had any issues until today. I had 2 loads larger than what I typically would have so I chose this TEN LOAD machine. I put in probably 2 and a half. Anyhow, I used it twice. I waited for the second to finish because I prefer drying all of my loads at the same time. (Not in same machine just to be clear). This machine didn’t clean ANY of my things at all. I brought it to the attention of the staff and was told to “contact the owner”. I said okay, no problem. I had actually forgotten some items and had to come back up and the “white haired” manager was in. I explained what had happened and his response was “geez, I dunno what to say, we’ve never had ANY complaints on ANY machine here before. I mean I would have to have seen it myself. Did you put in enough soap? Did you overload? There are so many things you could have done.” I replied: I used to be a manager of a hotel, not to mention I’m in my 40’s, 3 kids, a grandchild, and I have been doing laundry for MANY MANY YEARS!!!! How dare this man insinuate that I must not know what I’m doing, or I must be a liar!!!! I ended up spending over 60.00 on laundry today and I’m furious. My family helped build this town and to be treated so poorly is inexcusable!!! Obviously to anyone, not just myself. My grandparents would be so incredibly disappointed in people behaving this way here. So enjoy the money your company stole from me . From a single mom who stands alone and depends on HONEST PEOPLE, HONEST COMMUNITY, AND HONEST COMPANIES. Be aware all!

Very poor management! I come here every week or two to wash my laundry since I moved here 6 months ago. I just came today and put my stuff in the washer and when I took it out 6 of my shirt were completely SHREDDED!! They proceeded to tell me it’s not their responsibility (I don’t know if they thought I was uneducated bc I’m multiracial) but I know better. I’m in law school and I definiknow the owner is responsible for any faulty equipment and this fire the damage as well!! I will be making a complaint to better business bureau and to any angency that needs to hear about this. I didn’t even want any money or anything just them to admit their mistake. Lost a customer and lots more from the people I know that go here!
