Audio Expert installed a Sony XAV-1000 and a backup camera into my 2004 Mercedes about 5 years ago. I purchased the head unit from them because I knew if I had any issues with the unit I could bring it back to them. The install was perfect. Today, I put in a Motorola MA1 wireless Android Auto adapter to the system they installed 5 years and now I have Wireless Android Auto. No USB cable needed. When I am ready to buy my next stereo, I will buy it from and have it installed by Audio Expert. It really is a perfect named company for these guys.

They sold and installed a radio in my vehicle. Pricing was great and install went fantastic. Good place to work with for sales and installation. Thanks for taking care of my electronic needs.

My stock radio on my Rav4 went out and the dealer quoted me close to $1800 for a new stock one. I’m new to the area and found Audio Expert online. Based on good reviews we went on over. Luke asked me exactly what I was looking for and pointed me in the direction to a great radio. He worked with my work schedule and fit me in on a Saturday morning, everything was done in a timely manner and my car was ready to be picked up a little bit after noon. They made sure that everything was wired properly and I was still able to use my steering wheel controls and backup camera. For a third of the price I now have a brand new touch screen radio that is high quality and easy to use. Will definitely recommend.

Had a friend recommend this place and I am so glad he did. We were looking to have a stereo, amp, and subwoofer installed for my nephew for Christmas. Luke was so helpful in giving us packages to choose from. We went after Christmas and Jacob installed the stereo. He was great and very knowledgeable. He showed my nephew everything he needed to know before he left. Awesome service and great products.

We typically don't recommend replacing just the mechanism on those. While it is possible to do the cost is often close to the cost of a new radio, and you still have the concern of other parts of the radio failing.
Hi thanks for the question! It is possible, but it's often more cost effective to replace the whole unit. Usually once a CD is stuck it means the internal mechanism is failing. If you could give us a call at 7275732526 we would be happy to give you some replacement options!
I'm sure he can he's done everything from taking a van with nothing in it to putting electric door locks stereos backup cameras quality work and using it for over 15-20 years
Absolutely! We have multiple solutions for the front door speakers in that vehicle. The rattling from the front speakers is a common issue in those vehicles
