Staff is the sweetest and friendliest! Never had any problems. I'm assuming the rude "staff" is nonexistent and it's the Karens who are making things up. Staff is amazing here.

This place is always packed around the drive through and no place to park. Just bad design for the store, but otherwise they are fast and friendly.

My daughter placed order online went to pick it up. Expresso wasn't made correctly as requested. They fixed it but for the 2nd time still left off a requested item that it says on the cup. Not the best service from Starbucks.
