My mom went to overnight a charger to me and specifically asked for Fedex Express packaging. The associate bristled at her suggestions and insisted on selling her an envelope and bubble wrap which was NOT needed for my macbook brick. As a former Fedex associate I know that is just upselling and I'm disappointed.

I was there few minutes ago and the lady there told me they dont accept a paper envelope and either i need to buy another envelope so she can put my envelope inside or i can buy the plastic envelope they have for 3$ something. i ask the lady how come fedex deliver to me the same envelope i use and i have an instruction to send the same envelope again.i guess i get scammed

easy access on computer, helpful employee assist if you want to print, usually not crowded or have to wait long. good luck.

not sure, don't think so. these stores in Walmart have a caged that is closed when store is closed. The store in Saginaw in or near the neighborhood believe has a box outside, but closes at 6:00 on Sat. hope that helps.
