One of the best fishing places in ND. Everyone is very friendly. Best ice cream on the lake. This is a great place for a family get away. We will most definitely be back.

I got a seasonal site there and was asked if I wanted a permanent site that came available..Yes..but 2 weeks later she broke are hearts with no excuse..then I asked if I could get a better seasonal site and she knew how disappointed we were with her failed promise of a permanent and she said yes let me put it in my book so I don't forget...well she forget..beware of the Unprofessional management of this place..get in writing or you will be as disappointed as I am with this place

This isn't necessarily on Brendle's Bay itself, but on Parshall Bay campgrounds which is in the same vicinity. The two managers of Parshall Bay (Barb & Kim) are extremely rude. When we checked in, we told them we wanted to go somewhere that had 3 open spots together. Knowing this was a first come, first serve campground, we paid for the two spots that we needed at the moment, and the third member of our party was going to pay when he arrived given the spot was still available, which it was. When he arrived, he parked his camper & came out for a quick boat ride with us, not aware that he needed to pay before checking in, as most places we have stayed in the past make you pay upon leaving so they know exactly how much to charge you. We came back about an hour later to a note on his camper asking him to come to the office. He immediately grabbed his checkbook and went to the office, only to be yelled at for 5 minutes before being kicked out of the campground. He was also told that she planned on unplugging his camper and moving it when it was 90 degrees outside, but she heard his dogs barking inside so she didn't. She also said that she might had given him a chance if it weren't for his "yippy" dogs. Interesting considering this is a "pet friendly" campground. She also told us that she doesn't know what kind of jobs we have, but her job is very stressful. And after a weekend of being at our campsite for maybe a few hours each night, we were kicked out indefinitely on Sunday morning after receiving zero complaints all weekend from management, fellow campers, police... anyone for that matter. We were kicked out solely for the "stunt we pulled" on Friday when we checked in. I wouldn't recommend this campground to anyone, it is terribly ran & unless you like being talked down to and yelled at like a child, I would find somewhere else to spend your time and money.
