Stayed for a month great staff,very friendly,helpful onsite rv parts Dept and service, had the part I needed in stock to fix my hot water heater!! Park is quiet, well maintained, only complaint is that there is no separate washer for washing clothes covers in dog hair, and some wash there dogs in the showers, great park rhough

It's not bad. It's a reasonable price. Only 2 showers for the whole place. No playground. No pool. Not bad though. People are friendly employees and residents.

Stayed one week. Places were spaced typical for a road side RV park. A lot if full timers.. no room to set up chairs outside,, no picnic tables.. Location is great for being out of the high traffic cities around. Property is pretty. Has a lake,, dog area.. Club house had separate laundry, 6 washers n dryers, 2 were out of service. Cost is $2.00(regular setting), pay .50 for higher setting, and $2.00 to dry. 2 separate shower rooms, needed cleaned more often, weren't the whole time we were there. But they weren't real dirty, they are updated. No TP provided so bring your own!!. Other side of building had 2 bathrooms and a sitting area inside. The staff was kind and grounds were kept up very well. Will stay again if were in the area.

Grady HT (Grady's RV Adventures)

These folks have thought of almost everything! At the time of our visit I believe they have been open for approximately a year. It will be interesting to see how things develop! Side note: my mom just passed away and I am just reporting on our site across from the office. At a glance I think all sites have the grass yard with a tree. The entrance is long and wide with a catch and release pond and 3 covered picnic areas! We have a 35' Grand Design 337rls with kayak rack on the back. It fit nicely on the pad and it was level. Pads, parking area and streets are rock. Loved the landscaping! It felt quite homey. The place to park your tow vehicle gave me a feeling of privacy in my own yard but it is spacious! The sites are placed where you are not butted up against each other. BIG plus! Great spacious laundry room with a tv! There is a place to purchase ice and propane tank exchange. Only two things that was a concern, was the wastewater hose had to be pulled tight to reach the connection and I have bad knees so was very careful walking around the edges of the rock pad and parking space. This place is new so there is no dog park or activity center BUT word is that is all in the works AND construction is underway for an rv service center and store...(for all those necessities like extra waste water hose) lol. Other than the 2 concerns mentioned this is a good place heading toward greatness! I am looking forward to coming back next year!
