It is free and quiet and close to the TR National Park. Be careful though, some people, who do not know how to camp leave behind broken glass and trash here and there. Do not walk around the campsite barefooted.

Hot as blue blazes in August. Had very cold water in a hand pump. Lots of toilets. No trash.

This is a must stay. Great little park for minimal dollars. Dry camping only. Long dirt road to access campground. The road was well maintained but very dusty when we visited. Easily accessible with our 38 foot DP with tow vehicle. Many long RV sites that will accommodate the longest RVs. Short ride to upper Teddy Roosevelt NP.

A very nice primative campground. Pit toilets are clean. Sites are mowed and level. Water pump worked, albeit it was a hand pump. We enjoyed our week here. Didn't give it 5 stars because they allow horses. I'm not a horse person and don't appreciate the horse poop and smell of their trailers.
