My dog was given 20 minutes in a fenced in area with 30 new dogs. He growled and that’s what determined him not fit for the day camp. I was told he “did not like to have friends” and was “not welcomed back”.

We have been very happy with Tee Emm’s daycare historically , the staff has been very nice and friendly and our puppy has been very happy here. 4 stars for 2 reasons: - they are the only boarding facility I know that charges by calendar day vs by night. So a single night stay costs 2 days… doesn’t make sense. Hence we haven’t used their boarding - they very abruptly stopped us from going to daycare one day because our puppy isn’t fixed yet and apparently she was getting too aggressive in play with other females. I respect that opinion, but in 3 other places we have taken her since, she has been fine with both male and female dogs, so I was disappointed and confused with that comment. We’ll bring her back after she’s spayed and I hope they don’t have an issue with her, because again, overall, we have been very happy with their daycare, they have plenty of staff to help and they dogs play plenty.

We just did our first over-night boarding for our new rescue dog with Tee Emm and we could not be happier about the service we received! Our dog is a medium-sized German Shepherd mix and he’s extremely nervous around people (so much so that others can’t leash him). We expressed our concerns to the folks at Tee Emm and they made all the appropriate accommodations for him to be successful staying over! We picked him up and he was happy, clean, and well-taken care of! Thanks so much!
