Love the garden section. Ask To view the clearance section the grave yard area where they put plant that are almost died. I have scored hundreds of dollars worth of plants for less then a fraction of the price. Just take these plants home give them a little of TLC water and sunshine....Amazing!

Lowe's lost a long term customer over something ridiculously preventative. We bought a fan online and paid for install. First two installation attempts we learned that parts were missing from the box. You think Lowe's Largo arranged for pickup and redelivery, nope, of course not. We had to go to the store both times to wait in line and return and rebuy ourselves. Third box we definitely checked the box ourselves for the parts that were missing before. We even asked for mgr to assist and he didn't have time to bother with us. At this point we have asked to be refunded for the install fee which Lowe's obliged. But now arranging this third install has been nothing short of a nightmare because installer keeps changing the dates and times of the install leaving us unsure when to take off work (again) as if the first two attempts didn't interfere with our work schedule already. Lowe's doesn't even show us in the system for this install any longer, I guess once they refunded us, they didn't care if we got the service we deserved. So we're done. We cancelled the install and will gladly pay someone more competent to install this fan for us. And taking all our future business elsewhere, including all the hundreds to thousands spent on bird seed, plants for our landscape, appliances, floor tiling, the list goes on. Guess Lowe's didn't need us and we certainly don't need them.

Purchased a refrigerator yesterday along with delivery and installation. When the delivery men came to the house they said they could not disconnect the old refrigerator due to it having a 1/4 inch copper water line. They basically brang the new refrigerator in and left. Now I have to take a day off work since it is Sunday afternoon and Father's Day, so not getting a plumber now without paying a fortune to help with the copper water line. Had they mentioned this at the time of purchase, I would have gone elsewhere or at least delayed delivery to have a plumber come in first. What did I spend money on... surely not installation! Lowe's did call to see how my delivery was and I told them the same as above and was told I needed to call a plumber. Lowe's needs to be more informative when someone is purchasing an appliance with installation rather than just making the sale. and pay a plumber s Had they told me this at the time of purchase, I would have either purchased elsewhere or delayed delivery

No, I am sorry but I don't. We bought a new microwave oven and had Lowe's install it. That was expensive but the installation was quick and perfectly done.

Unfortunately there is usually a sad story behind some of the rules implemented its stores like these. I know for one the expediting process would be halted to a slow crawl if everybody could pick specific sizes
