A slightly late review but certainly deserving. At the end of April 2021, I had them quote me the price to ship an antique Automaton Picture Clock to Canada from an antique auctioneer. They communicated well and quickly and the shipping was quick. The item had a glass door but it was well packaged and arrived without a scratch. Jeff Rowe was one of the persons I dealt with, all via email. Would recommend them without reservation and would use them again.

Worst most unprofessional third-party shipping company I have ever dealt with sent my package to the wrong address, it was returned to them by UPS and they expected me to pay for shipping again what a joke I wouldn’t have even given them one star but I had to in order to write this if you deal with anybody who uses this company for third-party shipping run

You may need to call the provider directly. If you do not have the tracking numbers, you will need to contact the people who sent you the packages to obtain them.
