Dr. Wilson and the entire AW Plastic surgery team are absolutely amazing. No matter what you are there for they provide you with the best service. The attention to detail and honest options give come from the experience the entire team has. They get to know you as a person not a patient and show genuine interest in your care and treatment. I went to this team for breast cancer reconstruction and they deserve more than 5 stars! The best of the best! Keep it up

I had a procedure booked with Dr. Wilson and called today to reschedule it, due to a work trip that requires me to be out of town the day of the procedure. The procedure is still 2.5 weeks in advance. The office manager told me that I will lose my $500 deposit, even though I am only looking to reschedule (versus cancel altogether). She said they can't be sure they will find another patient to take my slot (in spite for the 4 month wait they have to see Dr. Wilson), and due to the administrative work she would have to go though to reschedule. I have been a patient there for over a year and have spent a considerable money, and this is how they treat their patients? This is more than simply bad business, this is greed. Dr. Wilson will absolutely fill that spot with another patient, and pocket my $500 in addition. Shame on him. He should make his money on delivering his services, not by taking advantage of his patients by greedy business practices. I will never step foot there again.

Don’t walk, RUN to Dr. Wilson for your breast augmentation. He is professional, knowledgeable and kind. From the very beginning consultation, my experience was absolutely stellar. The entire team are wonderful people who took such good care of me. Most importantly, my results are BEYOND what I could have hoped for. We always recommend a quick conversation with the patient care coordinator the moment you are considering surgery. There is no obligation but lots of information. Timelines vary by type of surgery (longer surgeries such as facelifts have longer waits) ; in general the summer months tend to have more availability than winter ; after all it is New England and we all love our short but beautiful summer 👍
We like to estimate 1 - 2 weeks for downtime depending on your sensitivity to social comments. Most patients are completely fine for public at two weeks if not earlier. You can expect a natural correction to lower face jowls and neck laxity 🙌 a quick chat with our patient care coordinator will guide you and help you plan your procedure.

In general the downtime is approximately 48 hours for “pain” but because the operative site is new we like patients to take a week off from any job that is high demanding (ie not a desk job). Also — sorry dear friends — we recommend stylists estheticians and those with similar professions take two weeks because these tend to be very dynamic jobs!
