Had a really great experience with Nathan at this store... I called 3-4 other Floor and Decors in the area looking for a tile that I've seen on the website and none of the other stores made an effort to see when they were getting more of it. Great service! went in to get some wood flooring and met with Ricky at the register. He stepped out of his area to walk me through the options, listened to my needs and preferences and then provided some ideas. My wife and I received amazing service from Anthony and Zach on Monday. We had many questions and Anthony was able to show us options that fit our project and budget. Anthony was so patient with us. They have multiple stores and always in stock. You can request to have it shipped from store location or can pick up yourself. All you need us receipt of purchase.

Masks were required. They monitored the number of people coming in and out. Plexiglass shield for staff behind the counters. Hand sanitizer available at entrance. I felt safe there.
After purchase how quickly can you get delivery.
