Our designer is George. My husband and I went to this store in Brandon today. The designer George helped us. His work is amazing!! He is good listener and he chosen beautiful tiles exactly we want. They came back out and tried to up sell more tile just to “ensure” I had enough…The fact was that they just didn’t want to manually pull off individual boxes, so tried to sell the whole pallet. Was told I could return at any time. Cashier knew my project wasn’t for a couple months and now stuck with almost $1000 in time they won’t take back after 90 days.

Diego was very nice and helpful when I was purchasing materials for my DIY project. He showed me everything ai needed to bring my project to life. I am very happy with my purchase of Rock Ridge Cressida Gray Reclaimed Bricks, silver grout and related tools needed to complete the job. They came out looking great and gave me an awesome accent wall for my personal exercise room. Also everything I needed was in stock! When you do the grouting you need to do it in 4 ft. sections as the grout starts to dry in about 15 minutes and you have to tool the grout then brush it with a outdoor broom. Now onto painting and replacing flooring
