Camille and Jess at the Ft Myers location were fantastic. I remodeled my kitchen and had to tear up part of my Acacia wood floor. They found the flooring to match and a craftsman installer to complete my project. It looks fabulous. I highly recommend this store.

Jessica was great. She pulled 5 or 6 pieces of the floor I was interested in and laid it out for me so I could get a good look at color. Great experience. Richard Grant Installation service was fantastic. They did a great job.

I’m giving 3 stars bc while the staff inside the showroom (Camille and Jessica) are always professional and courteous, the loading dock employee (Sean?) always acts like it’s his first day in the planet. I’ve been loaded wrong twice and his attitude is almost always enough to piss me off. We do a lot of business here owning a flooring company and our time is valuable. While most of the staff appreciates that time is money, he clearly could care less.

Used them to do new floors for the office. Camille was super nice to deal with. Had really good installation crew and my project was completed ahead of schedule. Would definitely use them again. Prices were also very good in comparison to other stores
