Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. We use to use this facility to watch our dog when visiting fort myers. However, after the most recent experience with them we will not use them anymore. They want to reevaluate dogs when they have already attended their facility and as well as go to dog daycare at home on an everyday basis. I will make sure to spread the word with family and friends in the area about the terrible customer service!!!

We use the daycare service here and we love it! We decided to bring our dogs with us on our vacation and we are so happy we found The Dog Resort. The staff are very friendly and we love the report cards that they make at the end of the visit.Our dogs are always tuckered out and content at the end of each stay.

This doggy day care and boarding is the best in town hands down. Our Dog is obsessed. Anytime we say "daycare" she goes nuts. She has the best time there and they take amazing care of all the pups!!

Yes they have caretakers 24 hours...it is a great place to board your dogs.
Regardless of how long they are there it's the same price. Their website has their most current pricing. Looks to be about $22 but the price goes down when you purchase daycare packages. https://www.thedogresort.com/daycare
