We've been going to Tails-a-Waggin for years. Dr Mercado has seen every pet I've ever had, 6 in total (4 dogs and 2 cats) and 3 dogs of my mother in law. I've never encountered a more compassionate or competent vet. The staff always goes above and beyond as well. They are always so kind and considerate of my time. On the two occasions we've had to have one of our fur babies put down, they were so amazing and made the process as easy as possible and even sent our family a sympathy card. Wonderful place, I'll never take my critters anywhere else!

Took my dog in to get spayed. Pre surgery the Vet Tech informed me that she would be cutting my dogs nails. I immediately told the Vet Tech to not do that, my dog is active and her nails are worn down and would be too short if cut. This Vet Tech ignored me, cut my dogs nails and a week later she is unable to go on walks still, not because of her surgery. But because her quicks are exposed and bleeding. My dog is uncomfortable and in pain again, for no reason other than selfish malpractice from the Vet Tech.

The staff I dealt with were exceptional. Hailey was extremely accomidating in getting my dog in for a surgical evaluation. Jill and Sally were both friendly and professional and show pride in their work. Dr Baez was amazing/thurough...he explained the different surgical options/ details of procedures, risks/benefits, expected recovery, etc. for my dogs cranial cruciate ligament tear. My dog is scheduled for his surgery today. I have no doubt that my "fur baby" will be well taken care of

I have a very shy dog. He is scared of most people he doesn't know, but when he goes in for daycare, you would never know it!! He loves it. Sometimes I don't think he wants to come home at the end of the day
