I have been going to Soft Touch since they opened and was pleased with my mani/ pedi. My recent trip was disappointing and the worst nail job I’ve had. My thumb was cut (bleeding) and my nails were cut to short and badly shaped. Most of the employees are not friendly and after this, I will not return Michele

full set, charged extra for only wanting a design on 2 out out of 10 nails. lady said she wouldn’t have charged me if i wanted designs on all my fingers. what??? tried to convince me to get a different design, then charged extra when i declined. also charger extra for a certain white color. also charger extra for how long it took. ended up being 95$ for a simple french tip set w/ a design on each hand. please don’t come here. also they made me bleed on 3 fingers

When I get my nails done I always go to the owner because he is the only one that does them well. I just went there for a wax for the first time. They didn't prep the skin at all so my skin literally ripped off..... They also only use one stick for the whole job which is extremely unsanitary and pretty scary since people bleed when they get waxed and they kept just putting the stick into the wax over and over. The did such an uneven job and it looks awful

Nails came out beautiful. Only issue would be that we had an appt at 10am when they first opened and 3 ladies walked in a minute or 2 before we did and they (1 employee at the time) took them back and started them even though we had an appointment but more employees came and got us in and out. Gave me more time with my sons girlfriend.
