Honestly, McDonalds is going so downhill so quickly. I used to love going to McDonalds for some quick, fresh (or at least somewhat fresh), HOT food, but recently all I have been getting left with is disappointed. The girl that works the drivethru is full of attitude and stuck up, not only did I have to wait tonight around 15-20 minutes for my two fries, a 10 piece of nuggets, and a sprite due to them saying “we’re waiting on more fries to be done” we were left with stale, lukewarm, and not even close to fresh food, especially the fries being soggy and cold even though they were allegedly being made at that moment? Personally, if you seriously want McDonalds, go to the Tilton location closer to the Diner. Pretty disappointed in my food and pretty disappointed in the service as well.

This has to be one of the slowest and lousiest McDonald's EVER!! Go there in the morning to grab some breakfast burritos on the way to work. Apparently these are very hard to make; every time never fails, they ask me to wait. The staff seems very unprofessional as they act like they don't care. Waited one night for 2 happy meals for 23 minutes only to find that they didn't put the protein in the box. Went inside and told them and one worker asked me, "what do you want me to do?". I about flip on them. I challenge anyone to go to the drive through order food because it will take you an average of 10 to 20 minutes for substandard food. Take a look at the hashbrown they gave me. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Just look at the windows, the place is dirty. Went there today, 5 July 2021 at about 1730 hrs. Asked if they had fresh chicken nuggets and the guy said no, we can make some fresh ones for you. I got them and went home. The nuggets had to be sitting there since lunch time and they had to have put them in the microwave. I called thinking they would email me a gift card but the "manager" wanted to keep interrupting me and tried telling me about how great her job was but does not like to deal with the customers. This McDonald's would be better off gone. There is always a problem here with the staff and the food is absolutely gross! I will never be back here again.

Staff are very nice and seam to be well trained in CARING! IN this MIXED UP WORLD WE LIVE IN ! I ALWAYS GIVE CREDIT WHEN IT'S DUE GOOD PEOPLE WORK HERE! THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE FOR US WHEN WE NEED A SMALL BREAK TO EAT AND DRINK! GOD BLESS YOU GUYS!
