This was my first time coming here it was clean but she spent a lot of time filing and drilling. The side of my thumb is almost rubbed raw. Two of my nails are very crooked and there’s like dirt? stuck in one of my nails. The outside of my nails look really dark and since she took so long filing they look alot shorter than asked. The acrylic is also very uneven.

Yes! I get gel and it lasts until my next appt! Never a chip or dull color.. always fresh as the 1st day!
That's a good question, A new bag was put in for me, I would have to assume it's done every time. 😊
