I am an avid shopper at this petsmart, it’s been over 2 years and I have never had a problem up until now. Louise the manager is extremely unprofessional and rude when he spoke to me about a price check. After the situation I left a in-store review through their website. Louise proceeded to call me to “apologize” but instead began berating me through the phone saying he didn’t understand my point when I explained it to him. I did not like his attitude and the way he handled the situation. In fact after that phone call it made me uncomfortable and upset. He doesn’t know what good customer service is. My friend who happened to be sitting in the car with me while Louise was on speaker phone, agreed that he was being rude and unprofessional and not understanding my pov.

Took dog for groo.ing they checked said was all set no problem they called an hour and a half later and said they started grooming but could not finish because of matting and to come get her the groomer said she could do but manager said no so now I have a half groomed dog this is totally unacceptable I will never go back and I had been going here for about 15 years I would not reccomend to anyone

This is not about the staff at the store, they were simply doing their job. The pets hotel recently changed policy that if a dog shows any kind of anxiety when being dropped off that they are to refuse the dog. I was not told of this policy when I confirmed my dogs stay a week ago. My dog had separation anxiety but once he gets in back he is okay(has stayed there 3 times and I've always been told he does well). Well he was refused causing me to have to miss out on a majority of a friend wedding. Drive an extended amount on the day of the wedding, pay for a hotel room I didn't use, spend extra on gas when gas prices are exorbitant, and pay a friend to walk my dog mid day. All in all this new policy that they didn't inform customers of cost me probably 800 to 900 dollars.

Cashier was rude and unwelcoming. I typed out my phone number to display to the cashier to make things easier for them, and they proceed to say: “I don’t know why you guys don’t just say things anymore”. I laugh it off and assume they were joking, but they follow up with: “It’s actually not helpful, in fact it’s very rude.” After they finished typing out my phone number they said: “Get that out of my face”. Very poor customer service.

I don't know. We just met with folks to adopt our kitty. There probably is, though because they groom dogs.
PetSmart's good but a lil pricy for me.
From what I read, they do not. They suggest to take your pet to your local animal shelter.
This location has a Banfield Pet Hospital located inside. They are a full service veterinary staff.
