Lappy Fix has been in Chelmsford center for 13 years. The owner is great to deal with, works fast, and seems to know his stuff. I just had my laptop fixed here and I would come back again if the need arose.

Took my laptop here as it would no longer turn on and I thought the battery needed to be replaced. Tom was very knowledgable about the issue telling me that the battery had gotten stuck on sleep mode as it had died. He then gave me some additional tips to prevent this from happening again. He was able to fix it and I picked my laptop up the next day. I would highly recommend Lappy Fix as they are knowledgeable, work very quickly and charges very reasonable prices.
