The staff is very friendly. They take covid protocols very seriously and also keep in mind if you're vaccinated or not. Andrea is an amazing therapist ( I'm sure the rest of the staff is as well ). But I leave there feeling very loose and relaxed for days. They also communicate with you well during the whole process. Some people like trigger points vs relaxation massage vs deep tissue...etc... So if the first thing isn't to your liking try a different style.
