With my new Healthcare Plan I decided to come here to the Kaiser Urgent Care. Since visiting here, it has come to my understanding that you can't contact anyone to get any answers after a visit. The phone number takes you to the Kaiser Contact Center and they specifically say you can't contact anyone from the Urgent Care. You have to send a message and wait to get a phone call. This has been the worst experience to follow up on my medication. It has been three days and I can't get ahold of anyone. Will not be coming back here.

Most of my experiences here have been very efficient, friendly, and professional. Some of the exam rooms are a bit run down.

Urgent care doesn't open until noon but the upstairs is where the doctors are. The only one you talk to about paying is the front desk. Be aware, this is a Kaiser facility, they don't take other insurance.
The lab at the Kaiser Permanente Lakewood Medical Office is open 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
Just go and beg like a puppy that is is he help you out
This facility is not Urgent Care.
