I saw Dr. Borden Smith on Monday 7/11. I was scheduled with a different Chiropractic doctor but he was late to my appointment, so I Dr. Smith said that he would get me in after his next patient. The woman waiting told me that Dr. Smith is wonderful, so I was glad for how it all turned out. Dr. Smith put me on a call list so I could come back in sooner than his scheduled appts allowed. I received a call today and they got me in. Fantastic experience!! The best I've had at Kaiser so far.

Everything is always great with Kaiser. My physician is excellent and so caring. (Dr. Rachel Chung). I had two immunization shots that hurt but were administered excellently by her assistant. And I had blood drawn, with results given in less than 24 hours. Always excellent service all the way around

This health group is composed almost completely with caring people. The various positions at the different locations are filled with knowledgeable staff. I have never once felt that the person who was treating or advising me was out of their element.

From the time I was taken back for my appointment , I was treated with the utmost respect and caring attitude. Everyone on the team was excellent. Dr. Neal took the time to answer all of my questions and thoughtfully answered each of them. He was very thorough in assessing my irregular astigmatism and laid out a plan for the future. I felt confident I was receiving the absolute best care. I highly recommend Dr. Neal and the entire team in the eye care department.
