The staff was wonderful and did an excellent job. However, I was taken aback that I wasn't sure how their nail tools were cleaned. Most places today process them and seal them in see thru packages. They were a clean set but loose in an open container. I probably won't return because of this. The other problem was I brought my niece, first time for a manicure, and we weren't seated together. Made the time there uncomfortable for both of us.

I used to love this place and went here for Mani/Pedis for about 4 years. Service and wait times have unfortunately gotten worse over time. Today my pedicure consisted of minimal nail filing, barely any cuticle grooming, pathetic scrubbing (my heels actually look worse) and the massage was just smearing lotion around with zero pressure. I paid full price and tipped but will not return to the person who did my service today. Just like beauty nails, it matters who you get what kind of quality you get. Super disappointed. Picture attached is from years ago when things were better, before Dewey left for TX.

very enjoyable time. calm environment. kind workers. beautiful nails. not once did the workers hurt my nails with the cuticle trimmer or hurt me in any other way. i found it very calming and the designs they do are beautiful. i will definitely be going back to get my nails done again. 10/10. definitely recommend.

Expensive for services rendered I had to ask for toenails to be cut, had to ask for ingrown toenails to be redone. We had appointments. 6 people to do nails. They had 7 appointments waiting. Clearly over committed.
