The Keene NH location is (I hope) the most disorganized business I have ever dealt with. They called at 3:59 (They close at 4:00) the night before my 8am reservation to leave a v-mail saying that they would not have a vehicle for my reservation. I called back within 5 minutes, but of course because it was after hours, I could not get through. After calling in the morning, they had no plan and were asking me when I needed to leave for my trip. They did find me a vehicle and when they called to let me know, I told them that I would be there in 45 mins to pick it up. When I got there, the doors were locked and nobody was there. When the employee showed up, he said he "Had a customer issue come up and had been dealing with that, so my vehicle had not been cleaned yet. Stayed for another 30 mins while they took care of that and after leaving there was no further incident. I returned the vehicle Tuesday evening (After Hours) in exactly the same parking spot I received it from. I called on Friday morning and they had no idea that the van was even there and asked if I possible dropped it off a a dealership or something. They found the car and informed me that the check in had been overlooked and they would take care of that now and send my receipt. Complete disorganization and unprofessionalism from this location. Enterprise is typically my rental company of choice, but will certainly do my best to avoid the Keene NH Location again.

We always have a great experience renting via Enterprise in Keene, NH. This time we had an issue (rear ended by some crazy person down in Florida). Thank goodness we were all okay, but we were worried about how to get another car, etc, etc. We called Nicole at the Keene office and she speedily got us in touch with an Enterprise office 3 miles from the accident. They quickly exchanged cars with us and processed the claim info so we were on our way in no time. Highly recommend Enterprise as a great company, but the staff here in Keene, NH is AWESOME!!!

So far so good. Small place, clean and professional looking. We went to pick up our rental car yesterday and the lady working was very polite, helpful and quick. Fast in and out service. The rental car/suv is really nice, and we are really enjoying it so far.
