Tires plus was very professional in accommodating me with my order. They did not have the 4 tires I requested prior to coming in & apologized for the error by giving me an upgrade at no additional cost. The staff were courteous & professional.

I called on the phone as soon as I got off work and spoke with a gentlemen, explaining I have a brand new tire that I would want put on my truck. So basically switching the old for the new I purchased offline. He quoted me $19.95, for the labor and new valve stem which is an incredible price. I arrive to the store 15 minutes later to find out. Since I didn't purchase my tire with them they can't install it. Then why would you quotes the price over the phone and then wait till I get to the store in traffic from Clearwater to tell me sorry we can't do it. Very unprofessional team and leadership experience.

Service was excellent. Didn't pressure me into doing anything other than the oil change. Only thing I didn't like was the price. $80 for full synthetic. But its expensive anywhere you go. At least they gave me a coupon price without me asking for a discount. Clean bathrooms and kid friendly.
