I went in today for just an oil change on my 2011 Nissan Murano and received friendly professional service! Remy was awesome at explaining to me what services they provide and the run down on prices and such for other services I may need in the future. Went in for an oil change, advertised at $49.95. When the attendant took my order I mentioned that the engine was a 5.4 liter. During the oil change I was informed that the coolant was low and the power steering fluid looked "nasty". My bad... I just told him to take care of it. I was presented with the bill just about the time they were finished. $441.39. I wasn't informed of any extra charges until they were finished. I expected a charge for the steering fluid ($99.99). But I thought the coolant was to be topped off, not flushed and replaced. And, 2 extras quarts of oil. Take 5 gets my business in the future.

Would never go back. Overfilled my car with oil and tried to tell me my dip stick was the wrong one. Went home and changed the oil myself with the right amount of oil and it read right on the same dip stick. Not sure what they were trying to do but corporate has been notified. But would definitely think twice before you should let anyone come this store touch your car Godd luck with that. Wow

Exceptional customer service provided by Rodrick M. Jose D. and Andres E. They were proficient and honest! This was the best service experience we’ve had with a drive through oil change company and we will definitely come back here! Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location! Thank you guys!!
