I had a great experience at this location. Edward was great And when above and beyond to help us make our cross-country move much easier and less stressful. The customer service here was top notch, truck was clean ( for once) and we had no issues. It's worth driving the extra distance to go to this location for accuracy and superior customer service.

I had excellent service! Al gave my friend and I great customer service! He had to check us in twice do to the computer acting up but he made jokes and made us laugh!

Rented a 17’ truck for moving in March, Max was so friendly and informative! He helped us rent the truck, and return it. Just completely nice, and easy going. I expected it to be a long process, but we were in and out with a truck within minutes. I hope management sees this and recognizes and acknowledges Max for giving great customer service during a stressful time (COVID and moving). Thanks again, Max! You’re wonderful! I also spoke to Charles on the phone asking for another hour with the truck and he was so eager and sweet in allowing us to extend our rental time. Will definitely come back to this location just for the friendly service!
