CROOKS, do NOT use Service King. My insurance sent me here and I’m regretting it so much now, the did not give me my car back in a safe state, the only fixed my bumper and now I have to spend thousands in repairs. I’m currently trying to get my money back through my card company. It looks like a professional business but they will take advantage of you and dodge your calls. The picture below is how I got my car back.

My car was in an accident and I chose Service King for the shop. It took longer for the insurance company to get the car to them then it did for them to inspect it. While I was heartbroken the car was totalled, there were very good at explaining to me why it was. They answered every one of my calls and had a wonderful person come meet me at my car to discuss. I cannot say how quickly they fix them, because both times I've had cars taken to them they were too damaged. I can say they didn't treat me like an idiot because I'm a woman (some shops do!). Thank you Service King for trying to fix it and for giving me an opportunity to get all my stuff.

This place does excellent work everytime my mother's car has been in an accident this is where her mother's insurance company sends her to and they always do great work. They make sure and help you secure a rental car if you have rental coverage on your insurance. They also are pretty fast at getting your car fixed, once the parts they need if any arrive they get straight to work. They do great paint work on all parts that need to be replaced and painted. We have been there several times and the paint work is excellent never had a problem of them over spraying any parts.

Horrible. The front desk girl is the most disrespectful person I have delt with in my life. They had an easy job and botched it. 3 hub caps came off within hours of picking up my car. It needed an adjustment on the headlight, and when I picked it back up there was a huge gap above the light. She told me they had to cut corners and that was as good as it gets. Now I have to go to another shop to get it repaired for the 3rd time. Do not Recommend.

Yes, items should be removed before dropping off your vehicle. When your vehicle is being repaired it goes through processes such as disassembly and painting and unfortunately we have no room to store belongings. We mention this in our authorization form and will not be held responsible for items that are left in your vehicle.
