We were recently in the need of new carpet for our home. We knew what we wanted but was having a difficult time finding the style and color. After going to several flooring stores we saw the sign on North 98 in Lakeland FL for Bob’s Carpet and I’m so thankful we stopped. I have knee issues and explained to the sales lady that it was difficult for me to walk the large showroom. She had me sit down, asked if I had a style and color in mind, which I did and she was amazing. She pulled several samples and brought them to me. After several tries I found exactly was I had envisioned. She usually work in a Tampa store so she wrote down the specs and then told me ask for Brandon if I decided to purchase. The next week I called for Brandon and it was his day off. A gentleman named Mike helped me. Mike was wonderful. Some of my questions required calling the manufacturer and even though Mike was not my salesperson he called the mfg in California three times for me that day. My carpet is now installed by very polite and professional installers and it is beautiful. Thank you Bob’s Carpet for having such wonderful associates that worked as a team to provide me with phenomenal customer service and a beautiful outcome.
