Had good experience from start to finish. Jeremy was very helpful with picking out everything I needed. Lee and his crew from those floor guys were great! Carlos did a fantastic job on both shower and tub tile. Carlos also retiled my fireplace and made a hearth that turned out beautiful. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing flooring or tile work.

Jeremy was so helpful at Flooring Outlet and has a great selection. Huge plus is that the floor samples are large so it's easy to see what it looks like in your house. Lee and his crew with Those Floor Guys did a wonderful job on our new flooring. They did dustless tile removal, skimmed the subfloor (not dustless) and laid the LVP. I love our new floors! We highly recommend both businesses for your flooring needs. (Baseboards are next week)

We had just moved to Florida and had to do a full renovation on our condo on Longboat Key. We looked all over Sarasota and couldn’t find what we wanted. Then we met Dave Wakely from The Flooring Outlet Center in Lakeland, Florida. He was knowledgeable and very professional and explained the different choices available today as compared to 30 years ago when we built in Ohio. I was able to show Dave the look I wanted and he suggested a couple of different products. We went with an LVP floor similar to one we saw in Madrid at The Only You Boutique Hotel. The Flooring Outlet Center was able to deliver our floor in record time considering we were smack in the middle of the pandemic. We can’t say enough about how great our experience was dealing with Dave Wakely and his people. I wish he sold refrigerators. We’re still waiting!

From start to finish, my experience was outstanding! Jeremy at the Flooring Outlet Center explained the various flooring selections and allowed me to take several flooring samples home. I settled on a beautiful wood vinyl plank design. Lee and crew with Those Flooring Guys quickly scheduled my installation. They did a phenomenal job that included 2 upstairs bedrooms, landing area, stairway and downstairs master bedroom. I feel like I have a new home!
