Love all the variety of items here. Very beautiful pieces. There is so much to choose from and to get ideas. The sales people are helpful and friendly. I returned today to purchase more materials and I was helped by one of the Design pro.. I think his name is Tiago..super polite, friendly and professional. He helped us pick out our Tile last visit and again today. He is amazing.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions we asked. The pickup area staff were friendly. We had to wait due to a large order being picked up but the staff acknowledged us and were helpful. The only downside was it took about a month for our backsplash tile to come in from our order, but I don't blame this store for that. They have many styles to choose from.

I finally decided to Do the floors for my office and in the extra bedroom so I looked around at Lowe’s and Home Depot in Winterhaven and couldn’t find anything great so I drove to Lakeland,Let me to say I wish we had one of the Stores in In Winterhaven because he has everything you need for flooring so many selection so many different prices For all budgets. I highly recommend this please because I was able to find not only exactly what I wanted but other types of tiles that I need for future projects at home. The place is nice and clean. Employees are super friendly I was held by a Rep named Maria Is she even got me a water from the back because I mentioned that I was thirsty I’m telling you this please is great much more attention to detail. The cashier was very friendly and even offer Someone to help me load up my stuff. I’m sure I’ll be back more frequent especially since is the closest from home.

I purchased over 13k in tile from F&D in Lakeland for a whole house remodel and my installer actually recommended F&D. The job is almost complete and all is great!
I never heard of a Flooring store charge a customer for their own product to be shipped. I wouldn't pay Publix to ship my groceries to their store to buy them later.
