Moved into our house in 2019, noticed a lot of the tiles sounded hollow and knew they had to be replaced in the future. Well 2022 came and tiles started popping up and grout pieces were coming out also. Our neighbor had their floors done by Ronnie's Carpets and we saw the results and loved them! Made an appointment with Johnny, the salesman, at the house, and he set everything up with us. 2 weeks later, Amir came out with his crew and ripped up all the existing tile and baseboards in the house in one day, then the following week David came out and tiled the house, it took him a week, and he made sure it was perfect! Then Mary and Alice came out and in one day they cut, painted, and applied our baseboards to our entire house. Everyone was experienced, knowledgeable, and very professional in their field. I will definitely be letting all my friends and neighbors know about Ronnie's! Thanks again yall! We are really really happy with our new floors and have gotten a lot of compliments on them!

We had such an amazing experience! Jonathan Kimmel set us up with beautiful product and an incredible installation team. Jamie and Walter were on time (actually early) everyday and went right to work. Very professional and explained everything they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone! We had a pleasant experience & service! Jonathan helped us with flooring for the entire home. He gave plenty of information so we could make the best decisions for our needs. He was patient & helped us to stay within our budget & get the best quality of product. The install was completed by Hector & Antonio. They kept the place organized & picked up after each day. They were so detailed in measurements & layout. We were beyond satisfied in how well they did. They were professional & a joy to have in our house. We’ll gladly call on them for the future. 🤓 We went back again in June & again had a very good experience from start to finish. Jonathan helped to save the money & Wesley communicated our arrival times which were rescheduled to an earlier date. The gentlemen who installed the floors did a fantastic job. Jamie & his assistant worked hard to keep the area clean & orderly during their time in our home. They were professional, hard working and very pleasant! Job well done!
