I participate in store tennis racquet demo program. After trying few racquets, I finally made my mind to buy one of them. I went to store to order the racquet. The person in tennis section was not up to the job. Seems not familiar with policies of demo program. e.g. when he gave me the final quote, he initially did not subtract $ 30 for participating in demo program. I expect more from local store. Disappointing experience !

Had a great experience with bootfitter Ryan. I had a ten-year-old pair of Surefoot ski boots that I could no longer get in or out of. Ryan showed me how to properly get my foot in the boot and said the boots were in good shape. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, without pushing me to buy new boots. I will be back to buy my boots from him when these boots wear out. Thank you Ryan!

Once you get past the front end retail staff, this place seems to have the expected level of expertise. I had two experiences in-store between speaking with the ski and the ski boot fitting teams, and both were knowledgeable. The product range was limited and they didn’t have in stock what they sold me on so that was disappointing. The front of house staff on both occasions in-store were rude to me and my companions in the store, disinterested in our questions, and left you feeling unwelcome. Several people I went to the store with made similar comments to me, all independently of one another. This experience was replicated over the phone during the two instances when I spoke to them. This level of customer service is far below expectations and why I won’t go back there.

Had an amazing experience getting new boots after riding out my last set for over 20 years!. Ryan was nice, thorough and clearly loves what he does. I highly recommend Boston Ski & Tennis for all your ski boot needs.

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a Wiffle Ball, over a net. Wikipedia Best call them directly and ask the store.
