I rented two climate-controlled units to store belongings while selling my home. The rental process was easily done online. The Concord site was clean, and I felt very safe at every visit. Several times, I saw staff members walking the area just checking the buildings, and a cart was provided to assist my transport of items from my car to the units. I completely recommend Life Storage in Concord!

Fine storage facility but I’m giving 3 instead of 5 stars because I get regular emails raising my price but no explanation of why. If it’s inflation, fine, but no one has contacted me explaining why inflation would change the rate to store objects in a static space. Unless they contact me to explain the reason, I’ll keep my stuff here for a bit but I’m actively looking for other spaces that aren’t price gouging because of the Russia situation, which these guy are clearly doing.
