This Shaw's has the best and most wonderful customer service and support of any grocery store in Concord NH. For example, about a week ago there was a glitch in the Shaw's for U log in when I checked out. Therefore, my receipt did not have the savings. I went to the service desk and Hannah was there to help. She was friendly, thorough, professional and accurate, carefully and calmly going over my receipt and providing me with the Shaw's for U discounts. Thanks Hannah! You exemplify what makes Shaw's above all the rest in customer service, courteous, efficient and totally there to make the shopping experience at Shaw's not only a great bargain but also pleasant and neighborly!

I was very concerned about the condition of my lobsters. There seemed to be a dead lobster in the tank with only 4 live one. Got mine home not as peppy as I like...but they cooked up tasty.
