Have lived in Concord and gotten their pizza and calzone for over twenty five years. Will no longer give them any business. Some years ago this business changed, with people behind the counter feeding themselves while preparing food, and having excessive wait times. We gave them numerous chances and they seemed to be getting better. However, the last half dozen times we have gone here, we are told a time and the food is always atleast fifteen minutes late. Furthermore, this last time, we were told 40 minutes and when we arrived 43 minutes after placing the order, the guy behind the counter (who happens to be the owners son) said they haven't even started it yet and we "told the guy 40 minutes" in a snarky tone. Needless to say we cancelled the order because apparently the only thing they excel in is attitude, with the owners son particularly being unprofessional (attitude, rolling his eyes if someone pays over the phone with a credit card, etc). This place is way past its glory for sure.

horrible service. waited here for over an hour and a half and the blonde women was very rude about it when asked how much longer. she was also yelling at other customers

Good food... We have tried other places in Concord NH and none came close. Got eggplant parm small eggplant and sauce didn't taste any cheese a bit greasy for my liking but ate half of the small and it was okay. Hubby got the chicken wing dinner looked really good he enjoyed it. I ate his salad to offset the grease from the eggplant parm sub. Got an order of onion rings those were really good. Will definitely call and order from them again and I will stick to my veggies where hubby has many options

Right on time and hot. Lots of Hamburg, bacon and onion. Like the fact we received a free small cheese(w/coupon) with a large pizza ( just wish you could show it on phone rather than just printed out as I had to go get it rather than wife being able to pick it up on way by). Crispy crust, good amount of sauce and cheese. Now we'll have to try other things.
