We just ordered for a large group and had it delivered. Of course things were missing And of course cold fries. I called up and the woman that picked up the phone She was extremely rude so rude I asked for her name and she would not even give it to me she just told me to call another establishment. As far as our missing items she also would not credit our credit card.

I have had better cheap frozen pizza. It doesn't taste fresh. One time I knew someone order pizza from them and I ate some without knowing it came from there and I got sick.

I ordered delivery last week, we live further out but they are kind enough to come out and deliver. On 9/24/21 from checkmate in Concord we had Lukas as our delivery person. He was so polite! I had to hold my cat so he didn't run outside and Lukas was so friendly to him and even held him and spoke about his own cats! It was a quick conversation because obviously he was working, but the way he made the delivery personable was great. He got a great tip just for being so kind. Keep this employee! Give him a raise or some sort of recognition because he is doing such a good job.

Looks like my pizza was dropped tonight (7/26) and again (2/22/19), but Checkmate is the best in Concord. Hands down. Edit: they came out with a fresh pizza and it made it safely! Back up to 5 stars for the pizza.
