The prices in Shaws are so high! Anyone who shops there is nuts. I went down the street to MB this morning and everything I needed was a dollar or two less. Huge difference! And stretches of empty shelves. I gave it 2 stars because the staff was nice.

Please stop rearranging the store. It's difficult to find things now. I'm disappointed that they eliminated their natural food department. Shaw's occasionally has a few good deals, but you have to use the convoluted app or buy 5 items to get the discount. Market Basket has consistently lower prices, without having to jump through hoops to get a "deal". I'd rather have low price without gimmicks. Check your receipts. I have found that Shaw's often makes "mistakes" at the checkout (almost always an overcharge, rarely under). Update: This long line with one checkout lane is unacceptable.

Wanted to cash a payroll check 550 dollars had all that was required for the ID part of their rules the smart mouth girl at the counter didn't even look at the amount and told me they didn't have enough money to cash payroll checks today dont think she likes working at shaws hope next time I go in shes been fired very very rude little people think they run the world

Smaller than the Shaw's on the Heights, it has no self-checkouts and the express lanes it offers are often unstaffed, but I've seldom seen a crowd here. It's convenient if you want to shop Hannaford and Market Basket on the same run.
