My grandmother's window has been leaking since July. She is 85 and the damage to area caused her blinds to fall and hit her in the face. When it rains she has to carry trays full of water to her bathroom so that the water doesn't leak into the apartment below her. I also found out someone's son tried to light part of the building on fire and now the residents don't have access to the trash after 4pm or on weekends, this is absurd.

Apartments are beautiful in the inside. The bedroom apartment here comes with dishwasher and two baths, master bedroom with walk in closet, second room is spacious as well. The neighbors are nosey(in your business) and annoying though.

Hi there! Apple Village offices are from 9am-3pm Monday through Friday.
Youd have to call and ask tje office, not sure if they have model ones to show
You need to go into the office and ask for an application
I heard the other day the elderly building has openings they are have trouble filling them fast
45 minute walk to get to Downtown or North Beverly. Driving anywhere means you have only one way in and one way out of that neighborhood by taking 128.
