The one star is because the maintenance department are the worst ever, I'm not talking about the girl who picks up thephone, it's been 2 weeks we are trying to get one of these lazy guys to go out and fix a clog in my mother's house no one showed up.... 2 weeks for God sake I've been calling every other day to have someone go out, I wish I'm near her, I would fix it by myself instead of waiting for these ......

I think they prefer you put a note in the box and ask them to call u I can never get nobody on the phone and I found it was easier this Way
You dont really find out this giest of the wait list till you get on it. U anm disabled, I was 22, and u was homeless - took 9 year. The data I got my voucher, both women and men had been waiting 19-21 years . Then some homeless guy told me he got his Viucher 3 months. So, pray.
