Leaving your young child everyday in the care of others is always hard. Knowing my daughter is cared by the Beverly Cummings Center Bright Horizons Team has given me peace of mind that my daughter is not only well cared for but is in a fun environment that enriches her development. All of the teachers are incredible. We adore our daughter’s teachers, and have complete trust in them. The leadership of the center is amazing as well. Christiana and Jessica have done an amazing job leading through the challenges of the pandemic. I highly recommend this center!!

This complex is an innovative redesign of an old manufacturing site. It houses many types of businesses as well as meeting spaces. There are a few restaurants on site as well.

Locals in the know call this the shoe, because it is located on the sight where an old shoe factory once stood. The Cummings center has little personality but it's very convenient. Industrial complex with every kind of business you can imagine. Food to doctors to daycare even condos. A person could live there and never have to leave the property.

Cummings is committed to promoting safety protocols within its buildings and continues to follow guidance from the Commonwealth and the city of Beverly. Although resident firms may have their own measures in place, the leasing office is not presently conducting COVID-19 tests. Hello, Mark. Are you seeking a residential or commercial rental unit? The Elliott Landing condominiums are currently sold out. If you are looking for commercial space, however, we can likely accommodate you on a first-floor unit.
