I have mixed feelings during this stay. My family and I stay here frequently. This time wasn’t the best experience. Pros: front desk ladies were excellent. Pool clean and open this time. Cons: water pressure very weak Toilet had trouble flushing. Pillows needing replaced Went down several times to the breakfast area and all items were empty or almost empty. I have had better breakfast during other stays. I was pretty disappointed this time. I feel the prices are going up but the quality is going down.

Awesome pet friendly hotel. The hot tub and pool were really nice. Breakfast was really tasty eggs and sausage hot. Beds were way comfy the suite was really nice and huge with 20 foot ceilings.

Underwhelming. The rooms were clean but I was lied to by the staff. They made one pot of coffee which was used very fast. When I queried the staff about refilling it they said that’s all they had. Later a woman was working the front desk so I again asked about the coffee and she said the machine was broken and a man was coming to fix it. It was very obvious she was lying and trying to mislead me. Your property advertises a hot breakfast and you run out of coffee by 7 AM. Sad. Will never be back. Horrible customer service and lying employees.

The rooms are clean, comfy and have the best shower heads I’ve encountered in a hotel. I slept through the night for the first time in weeks here and if I could bring that mattress home with me, you bet I would. The front desk ladies are pleasant and helpful! Their breakfast is by far the best hotel breakfast I’ve encountered.
