Tasty cookies. You can barely eat one cookie, because they are so sweet.

We made an advanced catering order. Our order was shorted a dozen cookies. When we went in to pick up the order of cookies shorted we stood for several minutes while three staff members finished a personal conversation before they acknowledged us. None of the Animal Cracker Cookies had animal crackers on them. When we called inquiring about this, staff said that they were not putting animal crackers on the minis at this time. This however was a catered order of 100 cookies and it was based on the advertisement. There was no phone call made notifying us that our order would be modified. This was expensive. Not only were we not notified, no discount was given or offered prior to completing our order. Had we been given the details we would have changed our order. We had to make an additional trip to get animal crackers. It’s like getting a chocolate chip cookie without any chocolate chips. Customer service was very disappointing at this location.

Honestly not impressed with the staff at all. The cookies were pretty good, but they are frequently out of flavors. There was an older couple in front of us that didn’t know how to use the kiosk. Many staff members walked by them but refused to make eye contact or help them at all when they were obviously confused. The couple even tried calling out to the staff and getting their attention as they walked by but they were ignored every time. Finally I helped them order. It is clear customer service is not taught or cared about at this location, kind of disappointed. It would be nice if you could just have someone help you order, or at least help explain the kiosk.

The cookies are fine, I still prefer The Cookie Place, but I was near the Crumbl Cookies so we decided to try one. The staff just ignored us, no greeting of any kind. We placed our order on the kiosk and left with no staff exchange at all. Even though people do their own ordering you are still providing a service and should acknowledge that customers are in the store. They treated the lady before us this way and the family behind us. Customer service still matters, I won’t be back.
