Average food for a IHOP. Nothing special about the quality. Prices were moderate and customer service was about average. Didn't get our drinks until we were almost finished with our meal so that was unprofessional. Just an average experience all around.

Waited to be seated for 25 min with no one at the restaurant, then finally got seated, waited at least 10 more minutes without anyone coming to get us a drink, so finally just left. Had many employees look at us with no one acknowledging us. Horrible service. Do not recommend this location.

EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED but despite that the food was absolutely DELICIOUS, the people were nice and we definitely noticed how clean it was in the servers area & restrooms. Thanks guys! What we ate: Split Decision Breakfast with Tres Leches pancakes and a Sampler.

Went today on New Years Eve and the location was very quiet. The waitress seated us immediately and asked if we preferred a booth or table. She was friendly but not overbearing. They have Pepsi products. Our order was taken quickly, food was made quickly, and our drinks were quick to come first. Waitress was attentive and thorough and refilled drinks multiple times. The location looks a little older and weathered. It’s not dirty but just looks like a classic iHOP.
