Friendly staff, great price. Hour ride was perfect, just what we were looking for. We had a little wait because a certain horse was needed for our group. While waiting in the sun my daughter started to not feel well on the horse, the staff quickly got her down, provided her with water and made sure she was able to enjoy the outing. That’s the kind of customer service that has me leave 5 star reviews.

If you go here make sure you ask for Andrew to be your tour guide - I wish I did! Unfortunately it had been snowing so we were unable to do the mountain trial that we had booked (they didn’t tell us that when we booked on the phone) instead we did a loop round the meadow which was disappointing. It cost $55 per person for an hour. Our tour guide was having trouble with his horse so asked first time riders to take the lead and go ahead. He maybe said one thing to us in the whole hour. We asked him if he could take a picture for us infront of the mountains and he said we could take it ourselves but we had to stay in the line which seemed weird and also rude. It was their last day open before they closed for the season so I understand that they were busy but we asked to rebook or come back at the end of the day so we could get a picture on the horse as we didn’t get to take any. The lady said yes we could.. When we went back towards the end of the day we were greeted by another lady who told us if we didn’t know what horse we rode we couldn’t do it (we wasn’t told the horses name and had no picture so I’m not sure how she expected us to know this). The tour guide who had taken us out then came over and rudely said “I’m not sure what your issue is”. There’s a million horse riding places in Jackson so I would recommend finding another spot unless you can get booked with Andrew (he was lovely, apologetic and helpful getting on & off the horse). The picture below were the views we got from the “scenic” meadow route.

In regards to Buffalo Valley - We did this tour and our tour guide was amazing. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was just my husband, her, and I and we had so much fun. The horses are beautiful and well taken care of.

I had so much fun going on a trail ride! The horse I rode is named 'Pioneer' and was super calm! I didn't have any issues with Pioneer and if given the chance, I'd definitely want to go on another trail ride. It's worth every penny! Also, a huge thank you to Kyle for being a helpful, amazing trail guide!

Not sure what the weight limit is, but part of this trail ride is on flat land, and the second half is going through some of the forest and slighty uphill on a trail towards/on the mountain.
I think it was 80 for an hour. I believe their website says
