Very nice place. Warm thou in the ladies lounge. The sauna, steam and hot tub r right there. Makes it alittle stuffy. They have a nice massage menu. Don't know about the facials. Didn't have the time. The massage was one of the best I've had in a long time. Definitely would recommend !

The room and service here was very comfortable! Most properties aren't resuming daily service yet but this property is; I was grateful for that. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Last, Julian, our bartender at the restaurant was very, very friendly and nice. We didn't order any alcohol but he was just as happy serving us desert and making our time enjoyable. He is truly exceptional! Don't let any of these employees get away!

Beautiful place!! Staff is wonderful! Jen at the front desk was very helpful and was more than willing to help us with anything! Jordan also helped us to our room and made sure we were comfortable and made us feel like family! He went out his way to make sure we were happy and enjoyed our stay! And Liz helped us set up travel and excursions! Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel with cozy lobby and comfortable rooms. Very convenient to everything in the village and helpful staff. Loved just lounging by the fire and restaurant inside was great. Complimentary parking just steps from drop off was great too and made for easy in/out when going to Jackson. Can’t wait to come back for ski season.
